Initiating a chargeback for a transaction without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, or for an order that was delivered as described and is not defective, may be considered a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback by providing evidence of the transaction, delivery, and any related communications to the payment processor or card issuer.

We further reserve the right to refuse future orders, suspend or terminate account access, and pursue any amounts owed (including fees associated with the chargeback) from customers who file chargebacks that are later found to be unwarranted.
